18th Street Townhome Build

United Seattle is excited to share about our recent collaboration with Blackwood Builders Group, creating a remarkable project at 1510 18th Ave, Seattle, WA. We had the opportunity to really showcase our skills, focusing on siding, drywall, and painting – key ingredients that make a building feel like home.

Our journey began with the installation of the siding. It's a task that requires a delicate balance of precision and practicality, creating a robust shield that protects the building from the elements, while also defining its personality on the cityscape. Our team tackled this challenge with dedication and expertise, ensuring a result that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Moving inside, it was time to work on the drywall. This is where rooms begin to take shape, creating spaces that will become the backdrop for life's many moments. Our craftsmen installed the drywall with meticulous attention to detail, creating smooth, seamless surfaces ready for decoration.

Finally, our team of skilled painters took the stage. Their brushes and rollers might seem simple tools, but they're the magic wands that transform a building from a structure into a space of comfort and warmth. They expertly applied paint to both the exterior and interior, breathing life and personality into every corner.
