Seattle United helped us create our dream kitchen and provided us with some of the best service we have ever experienced. It started with a fair price quote and continued with a talented design team who provided beautiful, high quality suggestions which were perfectly in line with our budget. The construction began on time and highly skilled workers were on site everyday until the work was completed. The worksite was kept clean and everyone did their best to keep our lives as normal as possible during the inevitable challenges of a live-in remodel. I can't say enough about the skill and quality of the construction team. We appreciated the fact that all of the trades either worked directly for the company or were closely tied to them. Their business model clearly works to get the job done right and on time. They also did not hesitate to generously help us with special requests that came up during the project. I had mold throughout the whole side of my house, I held off on doing anything to it for a while, I finally decided I should probably get to work and do something about it. I started looking closer and realized I should have done something sooner, the mold spread to my windows, gutters, and the siding near the bottom of my house was already falling apart but it got through my old siding and spread onto the drywall inside my garage. I realized I had way bigger of an issue than I ever thought I had. I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do, I started looking online and after some research I found United Seattle; it was late at night but I called them the next morning during business hours, I was surprised to be greeted with kindness, usually businesses don't really care about the customer and just do the work, but they were different. After having a discussion, 2 workers came the next day to inspect everything, they asked me what exactly I wanted replaced, I told them I wanted to replace my windows, gutters, and siding wherever it needed to be replaced, they gave me an estimate on material, and an estimate on labor; the prices were extremely reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. They had everything done within 2 weeks, they replaced my windows, gutters, my rotten wood that held the siding, and my siding, my whole house looks better than ever from the outside, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone having the same issues, the workers all have positive energy on the job, very family friendly (was important to me because I had kids over on one of the days), they also kept professionalism throughout their work, I'm very satisfied and cant thank them enough, the least I can do is write a review.
