United Seattle is honored to be partnering with FABER CONSTRUCTION on the NWIC Health & Wellness Center, where we are bringing our top-notch exterior services to this important community project. Our mission to provide superior construction solutions is well underway and showing tangible results. Our highly skilled team is providing a range of services, each crucial to the overall aesthetic and structural integrity of the facility. We've been working on the Weather Resistive Barrier (WRB), an essential component to safeguard the building from water and air infiltration, ensuring long-term durability and resilience.

In addition to the WRB, we're installing metal siding, a contemporary and low-maintenance solution that combines style with exceptional functionality. This robust material guarantees the Center will withstand various weather conditions while maintaining its aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, we're applying pre-finished cement fiber lap siding, a sustainable and visually pleasing choice that also offers excellent durability and fire resistance. The inclusion of flashing in our scope of work ensures a comprehensive water and moisture management solution for the building, rounding out the robust set of protective measures we're installing.
