United Seattle is proud to announce the successful completion of our work on the NWIC Health & Wellness Center, located at 2522 Kwina Rd, Bellingham, WA. Partnering with FABER CONSTRUCTION, we delivered top-tier exterior services that have significantly contributed to this vital community facility. Our commitment to providing superior construction solutions has resulted in a durable, visually appealing structure, built to withstand the test of time.

Our team expertly installed a Weather Resistive Barrier (WRB), a crucial feature that protects the building from water and air infiltration, ensuring long-term resilience. The next phase of the project involved the installation of sleek metal siding, offering the perfect combination of contemporary design and low maintenance. This solution enhances the facility’s aesthetics while providing the durability necessary to endure the region’s diverse weather conditions.

We also applied pre-finished cement fiber lap siding, chosen for its sustainability, fire resistance, and enduring appeal. To complement these materials, we meticulously added flashing to ensure comprehensive moisture management and protection, further strengthening the building’s overall integrity.
