At the Proctor 3 project located in Tacoma, WA, United Seattle offered an impressive array of expert construction services, enhancing the building's aesthetics and functionality. This multifaceted project included window installation, application of James Hardie siding, and professional painting. Our expert team provided high-quality window installation, promoting maximum natural light and enhanced thermal efficiency.


The choice of durable James Hardie fiber cement siding struck an optimal balance of beauty and practicality, complemented by a PT borate furring rain screen siding system for superior protection against environmental elements. To amplify the aesthetic and weather-resistance factor, we incorporated Western States 22 gauge Rustwall metal siding, known for its robust and visually appealing characteristics.


Our team ensured thoroughness by including detailed components such as metal X, Z, H trims, and integral metal flashing for improved water-resistance. The application of flashing/seam tape, caulking/sealant/spackle, and the use of galvanized fasteners further reinforced the building's resilience and longevity. Vent Hoods, supplied by others, were also installed to enhance the building's overall ventilation.


The project was brought to completion with our professional painting services that delivered an appealing, durable, and weather-resistant finish.
